We’re here to make your experience as beautiful and effortless as possible. To keep things clear and flowing smoothly, here’s everything you need to know when placing an order with us:

🌸 Placing Custom Orders

Looking for something extra special? Whether it’s a hand-tied bouquet, vase arrangement, hatbox, or event florals — we love creating custom pieces that reflect your vision.
To place a custom order or inquire about wedding and event flowers, feel free to:

  • Email us directly
     
  • Or simply give us a call
     

We’re happy to bring your floral ideas to life with heart and creativity!

🌼 Substitution Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to create arrangements exactly as shown, flowers are seasonal and availability may vary.
If certain blooms are unavailable, we may make thoughtful substitutions of equal or greater value — always staying true to the overall style and color palette you selected.

Have a flower that’s extra special to you? Let us know in the “Special Instructions” box at checkout and we’ll do our best to include it.

⏳ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change!

  • Orders may be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
     
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery will receive a 50% refund.
     
  • Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or refund orders that are already en route or delivered.
     

💐 Returns & Refunds

Because our flowers are fresh and perishable, all floral sales are final.
However, if your order arrives with a quality issue (such as damage during delivery), we’re happy to offer a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
     
  • Include photos, if possible
     
  • Product must have been properly cared for (i.e. kept cool, hydrated, and trimmed if necessary)
     

After 24 hours, we’re unable to assess whether the issue occurred before or after delivery.
